Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must have completed HSSC/F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 50% marks from a recognized Punjab board. The maximum age limit is 35 years, with no exceptions. Candidates must hold a Punjab domicile. Application Procedure: Candidates must apply online via the UHS admission portal, selecting all nursing colleges in order of preference, which cannot be changed after submission. Required documents include scanned copies of CNIC, domicile, and verified Matric and F.Sc. certificates. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 must be paid via designated banks, and the receipt uploaded. Postal or manual applications are not accepted. Admission & Joining: Admission is secured by completing each step within set timelines, including online consent and payment of the Rs. 15,000 admission fee. Candidates must indicate their choice to retain or upgrade their seat via the online consent form, which is final once submitted. Admission letters are issued by college principals based on the final UHS selection list. Original documents and a surety bond must be submitted upon joining.
