Since 2012, the program has brought together emerging leaders from across the Atlantic Basin – Africa, North/Central/South America, Europe, and the Caribbean – for a fully funded, week‑long experience in Morocco. Held three days prior to the annual Atlantic Dialogues conference (a high‑level platform gathering global decision‑makers and thought leaders), ADEL offers a transformative leadership journey designed to amplify emerging voices committed to building a more inclusive, cooperative Atlantic space.

Who Can Apply?

We are seeking passionate young professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Citizenship or residency: Citizens or residents of countries in the Atlantic Basin (Africa, North/Central/South America, Europe, or the Caribbean)

  • Leadership potential: Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong professional track record

  • Commitment to impact: Committed to creating impact in their communities and fields (public, private, civil society, etc.)

  • Language: Fluent in English

  • Availability: Available for the full period (6–12 December 2026)
