Eligibility Criteria for KMU MSN

To be eligible for admission to the MSN program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

◉ BSN (4 Years Generic) or BSc Post RN from a recognized university or DAI.
◉ Minimum 2-year clinical experience for BSc Nursing Post RN.
◉ OR Minimum 02 years clinical experience including 01 year Internship (bedside care) for BSN Nursing 4 years.
◉ CGPA of not less than 2.5.
◉ Valid PN&MC license.

Application Process for KMU MSN

1. Visit the official KMU Nursing admission portal: nursing.kmu.edu.pk .

2. Register your account with a valid CNIC and email address.

3. Fill out the online application form with complete and accurate information.

4. Upload scanned copies of all required documents.

5. Pay the application processing fee as specified.

6. Submit your online application before 20 November 2026.

7. Download your roll number slip for the I-GET entrance test.

8. Appear in the entrance test on 09 December 2026.

9. If shortlisted, appear for the interview on 24 December 2026.

10. Check the merit list for your admission status.

11. Submit the fee by 20 January 2027 (if selected).
    → Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall not be entertained.

Important Instructions for Applicants

◆ Applicant must study the Admission Policy of KMU and the Prospectus in order to understand the Rules and Regulations regarding admission procedure, distribution of seats, examination/tuition fees, and admission cancellation policy.
◆ Admission forms, Bank deposit slips along with prospectus are available on the official website: nursing.kmu.edu.pk .
◆ Recent passport size photograph (03), attested copies of all educational testimonials (degrees/certificates & DMCs) of SSC and onward, experience certificates (from government/semi-government/autonomous bodies), domicile, and copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
◆ In-service candidates shall apply through the proper channel.
◆ Decision of the admission committee shall be final.
◆ Incomplete application forms will not be entertained.
◆ University reserves the right to reject any or all applications or any other modifications at any time.
◆ No separate call letters shall be issued for offer of admission/interview/fee deposit and all such information shall be displayed/uploaded on the official website: nursing.kmu.edu.pk .
◆ Candidates are directed to appear before the Admission Committee with relevant documents (in original) and shall submit attested photocopies of their documents, along with original FEE SLIP on the day of interview to the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Nursing Sciences, Khyber Medical University Peshawar Main Campus, Phase-5, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
