Eligibility Criteria for NMU

◉ Applicants must be eligible medical graduates.
◉ Only candidates holding Punjab domicile are eligible under the Open Merit category.
◉ Two (02) seats in each programme are reserved for Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs).
◉ One (01) seat in each programme is reserved for candidates domiciled in provinces other than Punjab.
◉ Foreign Medical Graduates shall submit HEC/PM&DC Equivalence Certificate.

Terms & Conditions for NMU

◆ The prescribed admission application form is available on the NMU website (www.nmu.edu.pk).
◆ Applicants shall complete the application form online, print the filled form, sign it, and submit along with required documents and Bank Drafts to the Diary Section, Office of the Vice Chancellor, NMU Multan, by 31 August 2026.
◆ Incomplete or late applications shall not be entertained.
◆ Qualifying the Entry Test with at least 50% marks is mandatory for admission.
◆ Admission shall be granted strictly on merit as per the approved admission criteria.
◆ Selected candidates shall deposit the prescribed tuition fee within 07 days of the display of the merit list.
◆ Candidates serving in Government departments shall submit NOC issued by the concerned Health Department, Government of the Punjab.
◆ Employees (regular, contract, adhoc, etc.) of P&SHD and SHC&MED shall be allowed to join the training only after obtaining Extraordinary Leave (EOL) or Study Leave from their respective departments.
◆ Hostel accommodation shall not be provided. Selected candidates shall submit an affidavit stating that they shall not claim hostel accommodation.
