• Hold a Punjab domicile

• Have completed a 4‑year degree (BS/BSc/BE/BBA etc.) or a 2‑year degree (MA/MSc) from any HEC‑recognized university in Pakistan

• Minimum 60% marks in the last degree

• Degree must have been completed in 2020 or later

• Age not more than 40 years
