Eligibility Criteria for RMU MSN

Category I

◉ Minimum 10 years of schooling (Matric).
◉ 03 years Diploma in Nursing.
◉ 01-year Diploma in Midwifery or any Post Basic Specialty Diploma registered with PN&MC.
◉ 01-year experience as RN after Diploma in Nursing.
◉ 02 years' experience as RN for Post RN BSN Degree Program (as specified by HEC Notification #861/A&A/2018/HEC/5799 dated 26.04.2018) and registered with PNC.
◉ 02 years' experience as RN (minimum 1 year after BSN) in inpatient/outpatient care, primary & tertiary care, and teaching/research.

Category II

◉ 12 years schooling (FSc Pre-Medical).
◉ 04-Year BS Nursing registered with PN&MC.
◉ 01-year internship (bedside care).
◉ 01-year RN experience after BSN (clinical experience in inpatient/outpatient care, primary & tertiary care, excluding internship).

Entry Test Details for RMU MSN

◆ Entry test is mandatory for all applicants.
◆ Entry Test Date: Saturday, 22 August 2026.
◆ Test will assess nursing knowledge and clinical competencies.
◆ Interview Date: Saturday, 29 August 2026 (for shortlisted candidates).
