Eligibility Criteria for SIOVS

◉ Minimum 60% marks in HSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent.
◉ Age Limit: 16 to 23 Years.
◉ Domicile: Sindh.
◉ Students awaiting Intermediate final results can apply based on their 1st Year marks.
◉ Upon announcement of Intermediate results, applicants must submit their full mark sheet by the due date.

Merit Calculation

Merit for admission shall be determined based on the following weightage:

◆ Matriculation (SSC) – 10%
◆ Intermediate (HSC-II) – 40%
◆ Entry Test – 30%
◆ Interview – 20%

Application Procedure

1. Prospectus & application forms are available for download from 1 August 2026 at: www.siovs.edu.pk .

2. Fill out the application form with accurate details.

3. Attach all required documents.

4. Submit a non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 7,000 through Bank Draft in favor of "School of Optometry SIOVS Hyderabad."

5. Submit the completed application form along with the Bank Draft to the Academic Block, SIOVS Hyderabad, by 10 October 2026.

6. Download your roll number slip for the entry test.

7. Appear in the entry test on 2 November 2026.

8. If shortlisted, appear for the interview.

9. Check the merit list for your admission status.
