Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Work experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in the NGO sector

• Age: Between 25 and 40 years old

• Country of origin: Citizen of one of the following:

  • Southeast Asia: Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Timor‑Leste, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam

  • South Asia: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Pakistan

  • Northeast Asia: Japan, South Korea, Mongolia

  • Pacific Islands: Palau, Marshall Islands, Tuvalu

• Language: Proficiency in written and oral English (fluency in Mandarin is a plus)

• Professional focus: Works in community development, environment, education, women’s rights, civic engagement & human rights, emergency relief, disability inclusion, children & families welfare, social innovation & entrepreneurship. Outstanding applicants from other fields will also be considered.
