Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

Be eligible for home fees status at the University of Sheffield

Be active within a Muslim community and demonstrate intimate knowledge of issues affecting British Muslim communities

Demonstrate long‑term commitment to community or societal development within Britain

Show how the course will increase effectiveness in one of the following areas relating to British Muslims: advocacy and enhancing public perception, or community service and social development

Have an excellent understanding of your chosen industry with relevant prior experience or achievements

Demonstrate knowledge of how the course will enable you to generate social impact

Show that you require financial assistance and are Zakat eligible or in financial need (cannot cover tuition costs)

Your course must not be funded by the undergraduate funding system or the NHS
Accepted fields of study: Arts and culture, law, media and journalism, policy (excluding health policy), sports, sustainability and the environment, technology, or philanthropy and grantmaking.
Not accepted: Applications for science, health policy, or mathematics courses.
