Rahbar College of Nursing was established in 2024 under the umbrella of the Punjab Rangers education system. The parent institution, Rahbar Medical & Dental College, was founded in 2012 and has been affiliated with the University of Health Sciences since April 2013. Punjab Rangers took over ownership of the college in February 2017, and the nursing college was launched in 2024 to address educational gaps in the nursing field.

Academic Programs
The college currently offers a four-year Generic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program. The curriculum is designed in accordance with University of Health Sciences guidelines and includes mandatory clinical training starting from the first semester.
