BS Nursing Admissons in Sindh

The Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN Generic) 4-year program in public sector nursing colleges across Sindh. Morning and evening shifts available. Stipendiary and non-stipendiary seats offered.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education (any one):

  • F.Sc. Pre-Medical with minimum 50% marks (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from Sindh or Federal Board.

  • Matric Science with minimum 55% marks (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from Sindh or Federal Board.

• Domicile: Domicile or PRC from any district of Sindh.

• Mandatory documents: FRC (4-digit Sindh CNIC), Family Tree, Father's Domicile registered in Sindh.

• Age: 18 to 30 years (as of last date of application).

Seat Allocation (District-wise)

College of Nursing (Male), Jacobabad – Stipendiary seats:

• Jacobabad: 12 morning, 12 evening (total 24)

• Khairpur: 8 morning, 8 evening (total 16)

• Sukkur: 7 morning, 7 evening (total 14)

• Ghotki: 7 morning, 7 evening (total 14)

• Shikarpur: 9 morning, 9 evening (total 18)

• Kashmore at Kandhkot: 7 morning, 7 evening (total 14)

College of Nursing (Male), Larkana – Stipendiary seats:

• Larkana: 27 morning, 27 evening (total 54)

• Kambar at Shahdadkot: 22 morning, 22 evening (total 44)

• Dadu: 15 morning, 15 evening (total 30)

• Naushero Feroze: 13 morning, 13 evening (total 26)

• Sanghar: 11 morning, 11 evening (total 22)

• Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah): 12 morning, 12 evening (total 24)

Separate nursing colleges for female candidates exist in all these districts with similar seat quotas. Apply through same NCAT process.

Admission Schedule (NCAT 2026-29)

• Online registration starts: June 3, 2026

• Last date to apply: June 18, 2026

• Display of eligible/ineligible candidates: June 22, 2026

• NCAT test date: To be announced later (centers: Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad)

Test Pattern & Merit

• 100 MCQs (English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology at intermediate level)

• Merit formula: 30% F.Sc marks + 70% NCAT score

• No negative marking. Paper-based exam.

How to Apply – Step by Step

• Visit www.sts.org.pk and register for NCAT.

• Download fee challan of Rs. 1,235 (Rs. 685 for STS + Rs. 550 for Directorate of Nursing). Pay at designated bank.

• Upload scanned documents: Matric, F.Sc, CNIC (front & back), Domicile, PRC, FRC (father), and recent photograph.

• Print completed application form.

• Send hard copy with paid challan and attested documents by courier to Sindh Testing Services (address on form) before June 18, 2026.

• Download admit card when available. Appear for NCAT.

• False information leads to cancellation.
