Fazaia Ruth Pfao Medical College Admissions Open 2026

This announcement presents a premier MBBS opportunity at Fazaia Ruth phao Medical College, Karachi, tailored for Overseas Pakistanis, Dual Nationals, and Foreign Students under the banner “Taking Academic Excellence to New Heights.” The program is designed to integrate international candidates into Pakistan's robust medical education system, offering a structured and reputable pathway for those who have completed their secondary education abroad or within the country. By setting clear eligibility and entry criteria, Fazaia Medical College ensures a standardized yet accessible admission process for aspiring medical professionals worldwide. The eligibility highlights establish foundational academic requirements. Candidates must have passed the Intermediate, FSc, HSSC 12th grade, or an equivalent examination, with a mandatory minimum of 60% marks. Crucially, the program requires Biology and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, emphasizing the core scientific background needed for medical studies. For those with qualifications from outside Pakistan, an equivalence certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) is essential, ensuring that international academic credentials align with national standards. To accommodate diverse educational backgrounds, the program accepts multiple entry tests. While the NUMS MDCAT with a 55% score is a primary option, alternatives include SAT-II (with a minimum of 550 in each relevant subject), the Foreign MCAT, and the UCAT with a 50% threshold. This flexibility allows candidates from different educational systems to compete fairly. The application deadline is set for 30th January 2026, providing ample time for preparation and submission. This initiative by Fazaia Medical College reflects a commitment to inclusivity and academic rigor, inviting a global cohort to contribute to and benefit from its distinguished medical training across its two major campuses. It not only opens doors for international students but also enriches the learning environment with diverse perspectives, truly aiming to elevate academic excellence in the field of medicine.
