HEC to Launch Fully Digital Degree Attestation System

HEC has entered into a strategic agreement with CMPak Limited (Zong) and its joint venture partner, Wibbow Technologies, to implement a secure, fully digital degree attestation and verification system based on blockchain technology.

The initiative aims to streamline the attestation process by making it more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly. Under the new system, applicants will no longer be required to visit HEC offices or submit physical documents. Instead, the entire process—from application submission to tracking and verification—will be conducted online, enabling applicants to access services from anywhere.

The system is scheduled to become operational by 30 June 2026.
