History of KMU Institute of Health Sciences, Hazara

The campus was formally inaugurated on 4th April 2023 by the Vice Chancellor of Khyber Medical University, Prof. Dr. Zia ul Haq. It was later inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Justice (Rtd) Arshad Hussain Shah, in December 2023. The institute was established to meet the needs of the entire Hazara region.
