خیبر پختونخوا میں جدید تعلیمی نظام کے فروغ کے لیے وزیراعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی نے پاکستان کے پہلے سرکاری ورچوئل اسکول سسٹم کے آغاز کی منظوری دے دی ہے، جس میں مصنوعی ذہانت (AI) پر مبنی ٹیچر متعارف کروایا جائے گا۔
اس اقدام کا مقصد صوبے بھر میں تعلیم کو جدید خطوط پر استوار کرنا ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے ایلیمنٹری و سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے اجلاس کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے AI ایجوکیشن اتھارٹی کے قیام کی اصولی منظوری بھی دی اور متعلقہ حکام کو تمام ضروری اقدامات مکمل کرنے کی ہدایت جاری کی۔
اس منصوبے کے تحت ورچوئل اسکولز میں پڑھنے والے طلبہ، بشمول اوورسیز پاکستانی اور اسکول سے باہر بچوں کو باقاعدہ طالبعلم کا درجہ دیا جائے گا۔
حکام کے مطابق یہ منصوبہ ابتدائی مرحلے میں داخل ہو چکا ہے اور اب تک 46 سرکاری اسکولوں کو آن لائن نظام میں منتقل کیا جا چکا ہے، جن میں 33 سیٹلڈ اضلاع اور 13 ضم شدہ اضلاع کے اسکول شامل ہیں، جبکہ مستقبل میں مزید 175 اسکولوں کو ورچوئل اداروں میں تبدیل کرنے کا منصوبہ ہے۔
اس پروگرام کے تحت ایک مرکزی ڈیجیٹل ٹیچنگ اسٹوڈیو قائم کیا جا رہا ہے جہاں سے لائیو انٹرایکٹو کلاسز اور لیکچرز ریکارڈ کیے جائیں گے۔ AI ٹیچر کے ذریعے طلبہ کو انگریزی، ریاضی، فزکس، کیمسٹری اور بائیولوجی جیسے مضامین پڑھائے جا رہے ہیں، جبکہ یہ نظام اردو، انگریزی اور پشتو میں 24 گھنٹے دستیاب ہوگا۔
اس منصوبے پر مجموعی طور پر 153.8 ملین روپے لاگت آئے گی، جس میں سے 44.85 ملین روپے ٹیلی ایجوکیشن ہب کے قیام کے لیے مختص کیے گئے ہیں، اور ماہرین کے مطابق یہ منصوبہ خصوصاً دور دراز علاقوں کے طلبہ کے لیے ایک گیم چینجر ثابت ہوگا۔
