Kuwait University Language Teaching Center Scholarship 2026–27 – Fully Funded Arabic Language Program for Pakistani Students
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan invites applications from Pakistani students for admission to the Language Teaching Center at Kuwait University for the academic year 2026–27. The Government of Kuwait has allocated two (2) scholarship seats for Pakistan (one male and one female candidate).

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this scholarship, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

Be a Pakistani/AJK national and permanent resident (dual nationality holders are not eligible)

Be between 18 and 25 years of age at the time of application

Hold a recognized academic qualification equivalent to Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or above

Be medically fit for overseas studies

Be fully committed to completing the entire duration of the program

Nomination Criteria
HEC will shortlist and nominate candidates strictly on the basis of academic merit. Applicants will be ranked according to their overall marks/percentage obtained in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC/FA/FSc or equivalent examination), from highest to lowest.
In case two or more applicants secure the same HSSC marks/percentage, the merit ranking will be determined based on the marks/percentage obtained in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC/Matriculation or equivalent examination).

Step 2: Register and fill out your profile completely. Ensure your education details are entered correctly – any misinformation will result in rejection.
Step 3: Go to your dashboard and click “Learning Opportunities Abroad (LOA)”.
