Fellowship Structure – MIT SAQ Fellowship
The fellowship includes:
◆ Kickoff: Meet the cohort of Fellows in Boston, MA (October 29-30, 2026) .
◆ Webinars: Learn about specific problems of practice (3 in total) .
◆ City Learning Visit: Visit a city with established unified enrollment systems and practices .
◆ Challenge Sessions: One Fellow leads a session each month to discuss a challenge they face .
◆ Capstone Project: Each Fellow chooses a project to work on throughout the year and provides a brief presentation .
◆ Networking: Access to policy and research experts, networking events, lectures and panels, group discussions .

Fellowship Requirements
◆ Attend the convening kickoff in Boston on October 29-30, 2026 .
◆ Participate in at least two webinars .
◆ Work on a capstone project and briefly present progress near the end of the Fellowship .
◆ Some Fellows may be asked to present at the kickoff or a case consultancy .
◆ Upon conclusion, submit a summary of accomplishments .
◆ Fellows continue to work full-time at their education organization and receive no additional compensation .
◆ Fellows or their organizations cover travel and lodging costs (five travel scholarships available based on need and merit) .
