• Diploma in Midwifery – (1 Year Diploma Program)

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria vary by program :

For Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) :

• Applicant must meet one of the following academic levels:

  • F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 45% marks (Physics, Chemistry & Biology compulsory)

  • Matric (Science) with a minimum of 45% marks (Physics, Chemistry & Biology compulsory)

  • Matric (Arts) with 50% marks

  • FA with 50% marks

• Age Limit: 14-35 years

For Lady Health Visitor (LHV) :

• Applicant must meet one of the following academic levels:

  • F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 45% marks (Physics, Chemistry & Biology compulsory)

  • Matric (Science) with a minimum of 45% marks (Physics, Chemistry & Biology compulsory)

• Age Limit: 14-35 years

For Post Basic Specialization :

• 4 Years BS Nursing OR

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery

  • Any post-basic specialty for male in lieu of Midwifery

• Valid PNMC Card

For Diploma in Midwifery :

• Diploma in General Nursing
