About the Master of Business Research (MBR) Programme
The Master of Business Research is a two-year, full-time programme that provides advanced training in research skills, techniques, and methodologies to conduct high-quality, original research in business and related disciplines. Delivered at the University of Nairobi's Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, the programme is part of the Africa Centre of Excellence on Sustainable Operations for Resource Management and Food Supply (SCO), a collaboration between the University of Nairobi, the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), the University of Ghana, Kuehne Logistics University (Germany), and LEARN Logistics by Kühne Foundation.
The curriculum is interdisciplinary, with a focus on operations management, supply chains, business economics, and management science. Students will learn from a diverse team of professors and industry professionals, equipping them with skills that are often missing in conventional business management training.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

Hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in business studies, business administration, economics, agribusiness management, operations management, management science, supply chains, or related fields.

Outstanding academic performance, with at least a Second Class Upper Division (or equivalent GPA).

Already be admitted to the MBR programme for the 2026/2027 academic year.
