Introduction
Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU) Wari Campus is a public sector sub-campus of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, located in Wari, Upper Dir District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It was established to extend higher education opportunities to the remote areas of Dir Upper and surrounding regions.
History
Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University was established in September 2012 at Wari Campus, Upper Dir. The Department of Zoology at Sub-campus Wari was started in September 2011, even before the formal establishment of the university. The Wari Campus is situated near Shell Pump in Wari and is approximately 35 km (1 hour drive) away from Timergara.
