University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore 4th Convocation 2026 – Registration Details

The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore is organizing its 4th Convocation 2026 in the second week of July 2026 at Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku. The ceremony will be held to award degrees and medals to eligible graduates and medal recipients of the university.

All students who have successfully completed their postgraduate programs and were declared graduates between March 2022 and June 2026 are eligible to participate in the convocation. Eligible candidates are required to complete online registration through the official UHS website.

The convocation registration is open for graduates of postgraduate programs including PhD, MPhil, MS, MD, MDS, MSN, MPH, MHPE, and Postgraduate Diplomas.

Candidates must upload required documents with their registration form, including degree or provisional certificate, transcript, CNIC, photographs, guest details, and paid registration fee receipt.

The registration fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) with one guest allowed. Medal recipients may bring up to two guests.

The last date for registration is 30 June 2026. Participation in the convocation will be subject to successful online registration and verification of documents.
