Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the UNIB Scholarship 2026/2027, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be an international student (non‑Indonesian citizen)

• Hold the appropriate academic qualification:

  • For Bachelor’s (S1): High school diploma or equivalent

  • For Master’s (S2): Bachelor’s degree

  • For Doctoral (S3): Master’s degree

• Diplomas obtained outside Indonesia must be officially recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek RI)

• Academic transcripts must be legalized and translated into English or Indonesian by a certified sworn translator

• Meet English language requirements: minimum TOEFL ITP 450–500 or IELTS 5.0–5.5 for international classes

• Recent passport‑sized photographs with a red background in 4×6 cm and 3×4 cm sizes

How to Apply – Step by Step

Step 2: Complete the online registration form and upload all required documents.

Step 3: Wait for the selection process. The Implementation and Assessment of Independent Selection will take place from 13 to 18 July 2026.

Step 4: If selected, you will receive an acceptance notification between 19 and 24 July 2026.
