The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan invites applications from Pakistani/AJK nationals for two (02) undergraduate scholarships offered by United International University (UIU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. This prestigious scholarship provides a 100% tuition fee waiver for undergraduate degree programs at UIU . In addition to the tuition fee scholarship, the university has also offered to facilitate hostel accommodation at an affordable cost for selected students .

Eligibility Criteria

◉ Must be a Pakistani/AJK national .
◉ Must have a valid USAT test score (test taken on or after 10 August 2025 till 09 August 2026) .
◉ USAT tests taken for Pakistani university admissions are not eligible .
◉ No separate USAT test will be conducted for this scholarship .

◆ Educational Qualification:
◉ Must have completed HSSC or equivalent (12 years of education) .
◉ Minimum GPA of 2.50 (Second Division) in both SSC and HSSC .
◉ If GPA 2.00 in either SSC or HSSC, combined GPA must be at least 6.00 .
◉ A-Level candidates: Minimum 5 O-Level subjects (avg grade 2.50+) and 2 A-Level subjects (avg grade 2.00+) .
◉ Foreign applicants: 12 years of education with equivalent qualification .

Application Process

1. Visit the HEC scholarship portal: https://scholarship.hec.gov.pk .

2. Register and fill out your profile .

3. Go to the dashboard and click "Learning Opportunities Abroad (LOA)" .

4. Select "UNITED INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (UIU), BANGLADESH" in the application form .

5. Ensure you use your own operational contact number and email address .

6. Submit the application – only submitted applications will be considered .

7. After submission, print a copy to be signed by the applicant .
