Scholarship Types and Coverage

AYFN offers two tiers of scholarship awards: Gold and Silver. No application fee is required. However, all applicants must purchase an exclusive e‑book as part of the application process (Travel Memoir: Maeum). The e‑book author is a previous AYFN scholarship awardee.

Gold Scholarship:

• Program fee waiver (100%) – worth up to USD 950

• Flight expense support – up to USD 750

• Visa processing fee support – up to USD 50 (if needed)

Silver Scholarship:

• Program fee waiver (100%) – worth up to USD 950

• Flight expense support – up to USD 250

• 6 days and 5 nights of shared accommodation (double/triple shared room)
