Registration Schemes
Fully Funded Scheme – Competitive selection based on registration form, essay submission (max 800 words), and interview. Applicants who pay the program fee (Batch 1) for visa‑related documents will be reimbursed if selected as fully funded. Fully funded delegates may also serve as moderators alongside expert speakers.

How to Apply – Step by Step
Step 1: Visit the official website at chinayouthsummit.com. Open on a laptop using incognito/private browsing for best performance.
Step 2: Choose your registration type – Self‑Funded or Fully‑Funded. Create an account with a valid personal email and strong password.
Step 3: Complete the submission form: personal details, professional profile, entry information, and (for fully funded applicants) essay upload and SDG theme selection (choose from SDG 4 Quality Education, SDG 8 Decent Work & Economic Growth, SDG 9 Industry Innovation & Infrastructure, SDG 11 Sustainable Cities, or SDG 16 Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions).
Step 4: Review all information carefully, then proceed to payment. After payment shows “Success,” return to Submission and click Submit to finalize.
Step 5: Wait for the Letter of Acceptance (LoA). For fully funded applicants, the LoA means your form has passed the first review; you will then proceed to essay review and interview.
Step 6: Once confirmed, download and sign the Agreement Letter and access other documents (sponsorship proposal template, program boarding pass).

Essay question: “How will you leverage innovation and technology within your chosen SDG focus area to drive sustainable and inclusive impact at the local or global level?”

Visa processing is not included in the program fee or fully funded benefits. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visa. The organizer provides Letter of Acceptance, hotel booking confirmation, and visa support letters.
