COMMECS Institute of Business & Emerging Sciences (CIBES) is a private sector degree-awarding institute located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It is a not-for-profit, co-educational institution founded in 1993 by the alumni of Government College of Commerce & Economics. CIBES is recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and chartered by the Government of Sindh.
