Eligibility Criteria

  • For Sub‑Specialty Courses: Applicants must have completed two years in General Medicine / General Surgery before the start of the session and have a 2‑year completion certificate (including all deficits) starting from the date of RTMC registration before June 30, 2026. No relaxation will be given.

  • For All Courses: Certificate of passing FCPS‑Part I is required.

  • MBBS / BDS degree as applicable.

  • Valid PMDC/PMC registration.

  • Sindh Domicile.

  • Certificate of CPSP registration (if already registered). Experience certificate if already registered.

Important Notes for Candidates

  • Change of track will not be allowed after the entry test.

  • Candidates already registered with RTMC for 2 & 3‑year track are eligible only if the training period is less than 60 months. For the 4‑year track, the training period must be less than 61 months.

  • Candidates waiting for CPSP‑I results may apply but must produce the final pass result before the entry test.

  • Government candidates with 3 years or more service are eligible to apply under the government quota. They must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Health Department, Government of Sindh before the entry test.

  • Private sector candidates must obtain an NOC from their employer at the time of application and, if selected, must be available to join immediately.

  • In case of mass disaster, health emergency, or as per government policy, residents will be expected to participate in university relief efforts.

Application Fee & Important Dates

  • Application Processing Fee: PKR 8,000 (non‑refundable). The fee will not be refunded even if the candidate is found ineligible after scrutiny.

  • Last Date for Online Application Submission: Friday, May 15, 2026. No submissions will be entertained after this date.

  • Entrance Test Date: Sunday, June 7, 2026 (tentative). Exact venue and time will be communicated through email as per SDPs.
