HEC PUBLIC ADVISORY: RED ALERT

Students intending to pursue foreign degrees through On-Campus/Conventional programmes are advised to verify residency and study-mode requirements before enrolling.

Effective after Spring 2026, HEC will not recognize foreign degrees registered as On-Campus/Conventional but completed entirely through Online or Blended Learning, unless such arrangements are approved by the relevant regulatory authority in the country of origin.

Students must fulfill the required physical residency requirements of the awarding country.
