Eligibility Criteria for QUEST

For PhD Programs

◉ Minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 in the semester system in the relevant Master's degree.
◉ First Division with 60% marks in the annual/term system in the relevant Master's degree.
◉ Master's degree must be from QUEST Nawabshah or equivalent from any HEC recognized university.
◉ Minimum 60% score in International GRE or GAT (General) conducted by NTS.
◉ Alternatively, 60% score in GAT (General) type computer-based test conducted by the university.

For ME/MS Programs

◉ Minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00 in the semester system in the relevant Bachelor's degree.
◉ First Division with 60% marks in the annual/term system in the relevant Bachelor's degree.
◉ Bachelor's degree must be from QUEST Nawabshah or equivalent from any HEC recognized university.
◉ Minimum 60% score in International GRE or GAT (General) conducted by NTS.
◉ Alternatively, 60% score in GAT (General) type computer-based test conducted by the university.
◉ Candidates appearing in 2nd semester final year (22-Batch) BE/BS are also eligible to apply for ME/MS programs.

Entry Test Details for QUEST

◆ Entry test is mandatory for admission to PhD, ME, and MS programs.
◆ Candidates must have a minimum 60% score in International GRE or GAT (General) conducted by NTS.
◆ Alternatively, a 60% score in GAT (General) type computer-based test conducted by the university is acceptable.
◆ Schedule for the conduct of computer-based tests for ME/MS & PhD programs shall be announced later.
◆ Entry test fee is Rs. 5,000 (five thousand only).
◆ Candidates who have already qualified HAT/GAT with a valid score card may be exempted from the university test.
◆ Check GAT General registration for preparation.

Application Process for QUEST

1. Visit the QUEST Online Admission Portal: pgs.quest.edu.pk .

2. Register yourself as a "New User" on the portal.

3. Login using your CNIC number and password.

4. Fill out the online application form with complete and accurate information.

5. Upload your recent photograph and all required documents.

6. Download the Bank Challan for entry test fee (Rs. 5,000).

7. Deposit the fee in any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) in Pakistan.

8. Upload the scanned copy of the paid challan on the portal.

9. Submit your online application before the deadline.

10. Download your roll number slip once it is available for the entry test.

11. Appear in the entry test on the scheduled date.
    → Incomplete or fraudulent applications will be rejected.
