Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill all of the following requirements:
- Must possess a valid Sindh Domicile.
- Must be a permanent resident of Sindh Province.
- Must be enrolled in an approved university or institution included in the SEEF Trust panel.
- Admission must belong to the Academic Session 2025–26.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or 60% marks.
- Income certificate must be verified by the relevant authority.
- Income tax returns and FBR documents should be provided where applicable.
- Family income must fall within the prescribed income ranges.
Family Income Categories
The scholarship is distributed among the following income groups:
- Group A
- Annual Family Income: Rs.100,000 to Rs.1,500,000
- Scholarship Share: 80%
- Group B
- Annual Family Income: Rs.1,500,000 to Rs.2,500,000
- Scholarship Share: 10%
- Group C
- Annual Family Income: Rs.2,500,000 to Rs.6,000,000
- Scholarship Share: 10%
Reserved Scholarship Quotas
SEEF has allocated reserved scholarships for different categories of students:
- 86% seats for poor, needy, and meritorious students.
- 2% quota for students with special needs.
- 2% quota for minority students.
- 5% quota for orphan students.
- 5% quota for children of Government of Sindh employees.
Students Who Are Not Eligible
The following applicants are not eligible for the scholarship:
- Students studying under self-finance schemes.
- Students admitted through overseas admissions.
- Students enrolled in distance learning programs.
- Executive education students.
- Part-time students.
- Applicants submitting incomplete applications.
- Students providing false information or forged documents.
- Students who have already graduated or dropped out.
- Students enrolled only in individual Social Science subjects.
- Students studying in affiliated colleges that are not included in the approved SEEF panel.
