Advisor Eligibility Requirements

For Schemes 1 and 2 (Doctoral Scholarships), the thesis advisor must:

◉ Humanities and Social Sciences: At least 3 publications in Q2 or higher (First or Corresponding Author) .

◆ Upon retirement, the advisor must continue supporting the student's research.

Reimbursement Requirements

If a recipient's studies or scholarship eligibility is terminated under specific conditions, the student must reimburse the University for the entire scholarship amount received. In the event of default, the recipient must reimburse the entire amount plus interest at a rate not exceeding the legal limit .
