History of BUMHS

◆ Bolan Medical College was established in 1972 during Chief Minister Ataullah Mengal's tenure.
◆ The university was officially established on 22 December 2017.
◆ BUMHS Act, 2017 was approved by the Governor on 20 December 2017.
◆ Prof. Dr. Naqib Ullah Achakzai appointed as first Vice Chancellor on 1 August 2018.
◆ Transformed from Bolan Medical College to a full medical university in 2017.
