History

The college started its first session in 2001 at Government Girls Sentential High School, Lakki city. It was upgraded to degree level in 2002 by the then Governor of N.W.F.P, Mr. Iftikhar Hussain Gillani, keeping in view the dire need of the area for female higher education. The new building was constructed in 2006, and the college was shifted to its own building in October 2006.

◆ First session started in 2001 at Government Girls Sentential High School.
◆ Upgraded to degree level in 2002 by Governor Iftikhar Hussain Gillani.
◆ New building constructed and occupied in October 2006.
◆ First Principal was Mrs. Bilqis Siraj (2001–2006).
◆ Current Principal is Mrs. Bibi Fatima (August 2014 – till date).
