The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Skardu, under the Regional Directorate of Health Services, Baltistan, has announced admissions for FSc Allied Health Sciences and Junior Technician (MNCH/LHV) Training Programmes for the 2026 session. This is a government-sector initiative aimed at producing skilled healthcare professionals for the Baltistan region.

Eligibility Criteria for HRDC Skardu

For FSc Allied Health Sciences (MLT, OTT & MIT)

◆ Matriculation with Science, including Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
◆ Minimum 50% marks in Matriculation/SSC.
◆ Candidates must possess domicile of the respective district.
◆ Selection shall be strictly on Matriculation/SSC merit among other eligible candidates of the respective district.
◆ Selected candidates must be medically fit for admission and training.

For Junior Technician (MNCH)/LHV

◆ Female candidates only.
◆ Matriculation with Science, including PCB, with minimum 50% marks.
◆ Must fulfill applicable PNMC competency and eligibility requirements.
◆ Merit and selection shall be strictly in accordance with applicable PNMC rules, regulations, and prescribed criteria, against the district-wise allotted seats.

Application Process for HRDC Skardu

1. Applications shall be submitted to the Principal, HRDC Skardu.

2. Mention your domicile district and the program applied for in the application.

3. Attach all required documents with the application.

4. Only candidates domiciled in Skardu, Ghanche, Shigar, and Kharmang shall be considered for their respective district quota.

5. Late applications shall not be entertained.

6. Candidates are advised to submit applications well before the closing date with all required documents.

7. The selection process shall be transparent, fair, and merit-based.

8. Recommended lists shall be finalized and submitted to the Director Health Services Baltistan/Principal HRDC Skardu by 12 October 2026.
