King Edward Medical University Lahore Spring Admission - Complete Detail

King Edward Medical University (KEMU) in Lahore has announced Spring admissions 2026 for its two-year postgraduate Diploma Programs for the 2026-2028 academic session. The university offers nine specializations, including Diploma in Anesthesiology, ENT, Medical Jurisprudence, Dermatology, Family Medicine, Public Health, Community Child Health, Clinical Pathology, and Paediatric Surgery. Eligibility is restricted to medical professionals holding an MBBS degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC). Applicants must also have a valid PM&DC registration and a certificate confirming completion of a one-year house job from a recognized institution. The admission process is contingent upon successfully clearing a competitive entry examination. This exam is worth 150 marks, divided into a 120-mark written paper of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and a 30-mark interview. Candidates must score at least 50% in both the written component and the overall aggregate to pass.
