Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

• Be a Pakistani/AJK national and permanent resident (dual nationality holders are not eligible)

• Provide a valid HAT (for Master’s/PhD) or USAT (for Bachelor’s) test score. The test must have been taken on or after 11 June 2025 until 10 June 2026. The upcoming test on 5 July 2026 is not applicable for this scholarship.
