Graduate Programs (MS/MPhil)

• MS in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Zoology, and others . MPhil in Education (Educational Leadership & Management) is also offered .

Lateral Entry

• Candidates with a 14-year education (BA/B.Sc/B.Com/ADP) can apply for lateral entry in specific BS programs .

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria vary by program level .

For BS/ADP Programs:

• Minimum 45% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) or equivalent (FA/FSc/ICom/ICS) .

• Candidates with marks between 33%–44% may be considered for admission through a "Zero Semester" for some programs .

For MS/MPhil Programs:

• Minimum 2.00 CGPA (out of 4.0) in a relevant 16-year education degree .

• Candidates must appear in the HEC GRE/HAT General & Subject Test as mandatory for admission .

Scholarships

VU offers financial assistance to support its students . The university provides various scholarships, including :

1. Visit the official VU application portal at www.vu.edu.pk/apply.

2. Select your desired program and check the eligibility criteria.

3. Fill out the online application form with accurate personal and academic details.

4. Upload the required documents (academic transcripts, CNIC/B-Form, passport-size photograph, etc.).

5. Pay the application processing fee (Rs. 500) .

6. Submit the application before the deadline.

7. For MS/MPhil applicants, appear for the entry test on the scheduled date.
