History of KIU Ghizer Campus

KIU Ghizer Campus was established in 2018 under the Higher Education Commission's vision to provide access to higher education at the district level. The campus is part of KIU's multi-campus network, which also includes sub-campuses in Hunza and Diamer. The campus has a Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) established under the HEC framework to maintain and enhance quality of education. The campus has grown significantly, with around 400 students currently enrolled and Hospitality and Tourism identified as its banner program.
