Introduction

UVAS Narowal Campus, officially known as the Khan Bahadur Chaudhry Mushtaq Ahmed College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (KBCMA, CVAS Narowal), is a public sector constituent college of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore. It is located in Narowal, Punjab, Pakistan.

History

The campus was established as a sub-campus of UVAS Lahore in 2017. It was inaugurated on March 17, 2018, by the then Federal Minister for Planning, Development & Reforms, Prof. Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhury. The college is named after his grandfather, Khan Bahadur Chaudhary Mushtaq Ahmad, in recognition of his services to the veterinary profession.

• Features Academic Block, Administration Block, separate Boys and Girls Hostels (Iqbal Hall and Fatima Hall), Clinical Sciences facilities, a Diagnostic Lab, a Student Teaching Center, a Residential Colony, and parks.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) – 5-year degree program

• Livestock Assistant Diploma (LAD) – 2-year diploma program

• NAVTTC AIT Programs – Short-term courses

• Four-year BS programs in Food Science & Technology, Applied Microbiology, and other disciplines
