The College of Nursing at Akhtar Saeed Medical & Dental College was established in 2012. It was initially granted permission by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) to train Licensure Practical Nursing (LPN) with effect from the academic session 2012-2014. Later, in 2018, the PNC also granted permission to start the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program with effect from the academic session 2018-2021.
