Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements for admission:

For BS Nursing, DPT & Allied Health Sciences

• Pakistani nationals and international applicants holding a valid NICOP, POC, or Passport are eligible to apply.

• Minimum 50% marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent are required for admission.

• Minimum 50% marks in the SZABMU entry test is a prerequisite for admission.

• Candidates of FSc (MLT) will only be considered eligible for AHS Programme.

• Results awaiting candidates can apply on the basis of FSc 1st Year result.

For Post RN BSc Nursing

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery.

• Valid PNMC registration.

• Separate admission test is conducted for Post RN programs.

Entry Test Information

For BS Nursing, DPT & Allied Health Sciences
A single Computer-Based Entry Test will be conducted for BS Nursing, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), and all Allied Health Sciences programmes. Candidates who qualify the Entry Test can apply for any of the above disciplines.

Test Syllabus:

• Biology (Bacteriology, Cell Biology, Blood Composition & Function) – 30%

• Chemistry (Fundamental Concepts, States of Matter, Chemical Bonding, Atomic Structure) – 20%

• Physics (Law of Motions, Motion, Vector, Scalar) – 10%

• Islamic or Ethics & Pak Studies – 15%

• English (FSc level English Grammar) – 25%

For BSc Nursing Post RN
Post RN candidates will appear in a separate admission test. The Post RN test is not included in the BS Nursing, DPT and Allied Health Sciences Entry Test.

How to Apply (Step by Step)

How the Centralized System Works

• Single Entry Test: A single Computer-Based Entry Test is held for BS Nursing, DPT, and Allied Health Sciences (AHS) programmes. A candidate qualifying this test may opt for any one of these disciplines.

• Post RN Test: BSc Nursing (Post RN) has a separate admission test and is not part of the common Entry Test.

• College Preferences: Candidates may select all colleges of their choice in order of preference — public sector and private sector separately. The merit list will be published according to preferences on merit and seat availability.
