Academic Qualifications

◉ FSc Pre-Engineering with minimum 60% aggregate marks
◉ FSc Pre-Medical with minimum 60% aggregate marks
◉ ICS with Physics combination and minimum 60% aggregate marks
◉ Relevant DAE with minimum 60% aggregate marks
◉ A-Level with equivalence certificate from IBCC and minimum 60% aggregate

Additional Requirements

◉ Passing years: 2023, 2024, or 2025 only
◉ Maximum age: 24 years at the time of admission closing date
◉ Domicile: Punjab
◉ Mandatory entry test score with minimum 33% passing marks

Entry Test Details

◆ PU Admission Test is mandatory for all Engineering programs as per PEC regulations.
◆ Scores of E-CAT (UET Lahore) or NUST Engineering Entry Test are also acceptable.
◆ Test Category: PU-E (Pre-Engineering)
◆ Minimum passing marks: 33% in the entry test
◆ Test fee: PKR 2,500 (non-refundable and non-transferable)

◆ Result of last year's PU test is NOT valid for new admissions

1. Register online for the PU Admission Test at http://admissiontest.pu.edu.pk.

2. Download the Fee Challan from the PU Admission Portal.

3. Pay the test fee (PKR 2,500) at any HBL, UBL branch or via Mobile Banking through 1Bill.

4. Upload proof of payment on the portal to complete registration.

5. Appear in the PU Admission Test on the scheduled date.

6. Apply for the BSc Energy Engineering program through the PU admission portal.

7. Submit scanned copies of all required documents.

8. Wait for the merit list and final admission offer.
   → Only online applications will be accepted.
