Application Process for LUMHS CHPE

1. Visit the official LUMHS website: www.lumhs.edu.pk.

2. Download the CHPE application form.

3. Fill out the form completely with all required information.

4. Obtain NOC from your respective Registrar/Principal.

5. Prepare a Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 5,000 in favour of "Director Medical Education" (HBL Account No: 00727901891103).

6. Attach all required documents (Faculty Registration Certificate, Teaching Experience Certificate, NOC).

7. Submit the duly filled application form along with all documents and the Pay Order/DD to the Department of Medical Education (DME), LUMHS.

8. Submit the application before the 1 September 2026 deadline.

9. Await the announcement of selected candidates on 15 September 2026.

10. If selected, attend the first contact session in the first week of October 2026.
