Introduction

Shalamar Nursing College (SNC) is a private nursing school located on Shalimar Link Road in Shalimar Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Established in 2006, the college is named after the historical Shalimar Gardens in Lahore.

History

The college was established under the Businessmen Hospital Trust (BHT), which was formed in 1974 to create a composite medical complex. Shalamar Hospital was established in 1982, followed by the nursing school in 2006. Construction of Shalamar Medical and Dental College began in 2007, and academic operations started in January 2011.

Admission Eligibility

• Generic BSN: F.Sc. Pre-Medical with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology; Age: 14 to 35 years

• Post RN BSN: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery; Valid PNC Registration; 1-year clinical experience; Age: Not more than 50 years
